Chantelle Nicholson on motivating her team through the pandemic and beyond

It’s been a tough year for everyone in hospitality, but Chantelle has found numerous ways of motivating her team through the crisis, even opening pop-up All’s Well in Hackney the week that further restrictions were introduced. In this interview we will ask Chantelle what she thinks has kept her people motivated and how curiosity and a sustainable offering have helped to hold their engagement.
