New potato crisps

This is the method for making new potato crisps
- Heat the oven to 220°C
- Allow about three new potatoes per person
- Slice the potatoes relatively thinly (½ cm, ¼ inch)
- Toss them in olive oil and then season them with smoked salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Bake on a non-stick baking sheet (or on silicone paper) for about twenty minutes (keep a watch that they don’t burn)
