Revolver – Cocktail For The New Year

Like to live dangerously? Try a little Russian roulette. This cocktail goes perfectly with dicing with death pimientos de Padrón. The orange bitters are made from very seasonal Seville oranges.

Per person

2 tbsp bourbon, Jim Beam or Jack Daniels
2 tbsp Tia Maria
4 drops orange bitters

And obviously the music to listen to while you make it is anything from The Beatles classic album, Revolver. Or Tom Jones’ ’60s bloodthirsty ditty (now deemed too vicious to be used as a Welsh rugby song).   The clips below gives a sample song, Here, There and Everywhere from the Revolver album and an original rendering by Tom Jones of Delilah.
